How do I send my clothes in?
You can send your items using your preferred courier, or request one of our branded pop-up boxes. After checkout, you’ll receive simple packaging and shipping instructions.
What happens when my clothes arrive?

How do I get an item back?
Just open your digital wardrobe, choose the item(s) you want, and tap “Return to Me.” We steam-clean everything before sending it back so it’s fresh, smooth, and ready to wear.
How long does delivery take?
Returns usually arrive within 1–3 working days depending on your location.
Is my wardrobe private?
Yes — 100% private. Only you can see your digital wardrobe. We do not share your images, data, or item details.

What items can I store?

We steam-clean every garment before returning it. If full dry-cleaning is available, you can add a line like: “Dry cleaning is available on request for an additional fee.”
Can I visit the storage facility?
To protect customer privacy and safety, visits are usually by appointment only.
What if something gets damaged?
We handle every item with care. In the rare event of damage, we follow a clear claims process and work with you to resolve it quickly.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes — you can cancel at any time. You just need to request all your items back before closing your account.
