Welcome to my digital wardrobe. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account or sending your items to us.
- About Our Service
My digital wardrobe provides secure garment storage, digital wardrobe creation, and on-demand return services. By using our service, you confirm that you understand the process of sending, storing, and requesting garments back.
- Eligibility
To use our service, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate account information
Agree to these Terms & Conditions
- Sending Your Items
By sending items to us, you confirm that:
You are the legal owner of the garments OR have permission to store them
All items are authentic and free from illegal substances
Items are in suitable condition for storage
We reserve the right to refuse items if they are unsafe, heavily soiled, infested, or unsuitable for storage.
- Digital Wardrobe Creation
Each garment will be photographed and uploaded to your digital wardrobe. By using the service, you give us permission to photograph your items for the purpose of creating your digital wardrobe. These images remain private and will never be shared publicly without your consent.
- Storage Conditions
Your items are stored in a secure, monitored, temperature-controlled facility. We take reasonable care to protect your garments; however, we cannot guarantee prevention of natural ageing, fading, or manufacturer defects.
- Membership & Billing
Membership is billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or yearly). By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments until you cancel.
Billing Terms:
All fees are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated
Billing begins when we receive your first items
Failed payments may result in paused access or return of items
- Requesting Items Back
You may request items to be returned at any time. Return delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability. Steaming/freshening is included unless otherwise stated.
Return shipping fees may apply depending on your plan.
- Cancellations & Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time.
To close your account:
You must request all items back
All outstanding fees must be paid
If you do not collect or arrange delivery of your items after cancellation, additional storage fees may apply.
- Loss or Damage
We take care with every item sent to us. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, our liability is limited to a reasonable compensation amount based on:
The item’s condition
Proof of purchase or estimated value
Depreciation
We are not responsible for:
Minor wear or ageing during storage
Pre-existing damage
Manufacturing defects
Courier delays or losses outside our control
- Prohibited Items
We do not accept:
Items containing hazardous materials
Items with mould, infestation, or heavy contamination
Counterfeit goods
Illegal items
Such items may be returned at your expense or disposed of safely.
- Your Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
Keep your login details secure
Use the service lawfully
Ensure your contact and payment information is kept up to date
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data and garment images are securely stored and used only to operate your digital wardrobe.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
