4. Purposes and lawful bases

We process personal data for the following purposes. Under UK GDPR, we rely on the lawful bases indicated.

5. Storeganise (platform / processor)

We use Storeganise as our customer portal and operational platform. Storeganise processes account, inventory, booking, and related service data on our behalf as a data processor, under our instructions and appropriate contractual terms.

Your digital wardrobe photographs and catalogue entries are held within that platform environment so you can view and manage your items.

6. Payment processors

Payment card and related billing data are processed by our payment service providers. They act as processors (and, where applicable under their own terms, as independent controllers for certain payment compliance purposes). We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

7. Analytics (if used)

If we use website analytics tools, they may collect aggregated or pseudonymised information about how visitors use our site (for example pages viewed and approximate location). Where analytics rely on non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will only use them in line with your cookie choices.

If analytics are not in use at a given time, this section simply does not apply until they are enabled.

8. Couriers and logistics partners

To collect or return items, we may share necessary delivery details (name, address, telephone number, and parcel information) with courier companies.

Where you arrange the inbound courier, that courier’s privacy practices apply to the journey you book.
Where we arrange a return courier, we share only what is needed to complete that delivery.

IT and hosting providers supporting our systems

We do not sell your personal data.

10. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

11. Retention

Garment photographs and inventory records are retained while items remain in our care and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of queries. When items are permanently returned and your account is closed, we will delete or anonymise wardrobe data in line with our retention practices, subject to any legal retention needs.

12. Cookies (brief note)

We may use:

Essential cookies — required for the website and customer portal to function (for example security, login session, and load balancing). These do not require consent.
Non-essential cookies — for example analytics or preference cookies, if used. These are only set with your consent where UK law requires it.

We are not publishing a separate cookie policy page. Cookie controls, where offered by your browser or our site banner/settings, allow you to manage non-essential cookies. Blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality.

13. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, secure platform hosting via our providers, and staff/process controls around garment handling and customer information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.
